Our Mission & Vision

We are a group of Brothers and Sisters in Christ working together to reach farther than we ever have before, to meet the needs of those God places in our path and to surpass or exceed anything we have ever done before. To share the Love of Christ, to grow God’s Kingdom, and to glorify God like never before.
 
The mission of New Beginnings Outreach is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ. The vision of New Beginnings is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

 

Jacob & Lorena DeLaGarza

Jacob and Lorena have been involved with outreach for over 20 years.  Pastor Jacob and Lori have a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He and Lori have five children and five grandchildren. Jacob and Lori have ministered in many aspects of ministry. They delight in seeing men and women learn and fulfill their proposes for the Lord. 

 

Lynn & Dasha McCelvey

Pastor Fred’s main responsibility is teaching the youth and leading the children’s program. Fred and his family served as missionaries in Southeast Asia before coming to CBC. Fred has served on the board of Outreach International, and holds an M.Div degree from Westminster Theological Institute. He is passionate about teaching the youth.

 

Todd and Amy Burnett

The Bible has a lot to say about music, and Pastor Tom’s role is to lead the church’s worship of God in a way that matches the character of God. Tom is an accomplished musician, who as ministered with numerous worship bands across the country. He worked as producer and sound engineer on many Dove award-winning albums, and is eager to share his gifts with the church.
